Zentra3DLtd OÜ, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact us at info@teletum.com.
Account details such as your name and email; order and eSIM provisioning records, including eSIM identifiers (such as the ICCID), installation and activation status, and data usage reported by the network; when you agreed to our terms at checkout; wallet and payment references; messages you send through contact or partner forms; your approximate location (country and region) based on your IP address when you pay, which we use to comply with sanctions law; and technical logs needed to run and secure the service. Card payments are handled by our payment provider on a secure hosted checkout. We receive payment status and reference identifiers, not your full card number.
To create and manage your account, deliver and support your eSIM, process payments and wallet top-ups, prevent fraud, comply with sanctions law, meet accounting and telecoms obligations, improve coverage and reliability, and respond to your enquiries. Where we rely on consent (for example non-essential cookies), you can withdraw it at any time via cookie settings.
Our eSIM service provider and the mobile networks also use this data as independent controllers, under their own privacy policies, for fraud prevention and security, tax and accounting records, network and regulatory obligations, legal claims, compliance with the law, including sanctions, and aggregated statistics about their service. They do not use it to market to you. They keep this data under their own retention rules, so closing your Teletum account or asking us to delete your data does not remove the copies they keep for these purposes.
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and telecoms law requires. Account profile data is kept while your account is open and deleted or anonymised when you close it, subject to legal retention. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and meet compliance duties.
Some providers process data outside the UK or EEA. Our eSIM service provider is based in the United States, and mobile networks operate in many countries, including the destinations you travel to. Where data leaves the UK or EEA we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, as required by applicable law.
Teletum is for adults. You must be 18 or over to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect data about children.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can manage much of this from your account settings, or by writing to info@teletum.com. Deleting your eSIM identifiers means we can no longer support that eSIM. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
